  • Bank and account details for regular invoicing

B. Data related to individual orders, insofar as these are necessary for proper execution:

  • First and last name of the patient / end customer
  • Possibly information about an existing illness (e.g., diabetes) or impairment (e.g., paralysis).
  • Further personal data necessary for the order

Our clients are free to transmit the necessary information to us anonymously by assigning a customer or patient number or similar to individual orders instead of first and last names.

5. Source of Data

We receive the corresponding data from clients and customers.

6. Other Recipients of Data

We do not pass on the personal data entrusted to us to third parties. Exceptions are data that we must forward, for example, to service providers such as tax advisors, tax auditors, etc., within the scope of our duties. This is done in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR, as data is also processed there in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.

7. Transfer to a Third Country

No transfer of personal data related to orders to a third country takes place.

8. Storage of Data Entrusted to Us

We store / retain personal data only as long as this is necessary for the execution of the order and in compliance with statutory retention periods. Currently, this is ten years for tax-relevant documents and six years for other business letters.

If we create the necessary patterns / last copies for order fulfillment, the personal data in written form (e.g., the order confirmation on which the first and last names of the respective patients / end customers are specified) will be archived physically in our archive for a period of ten years after the last use, together with any submitted templates, sketches, and other relevant information for the respective orders, along with the patterns, shaft models, and last copies. This ensures that this information is available to us again for any subsequent deliveries.

Upon request, our clients will receive information about the documents archived with us. After the ten-year retention period, from the time of last use, all documents will be destroyed in accordance with GDPR regulations.

In digital form, only the personal data necessary for invoicing (such as the first and last names of patients / end customers) for individual orders are collected and stored.
