Upper Order

In order to guarantee a high degree of accuracy and precise workmanship, our production is limited to a size that ensures this. This also enables us to respond to individual customer requests.

Before sending us your orders and lasts, please enquire whether we can fulfil your order within an acceptable delivery time. To do so, please send us an email to service@seidich.de with details of the desired design, finish and material.

Please note:

  • We do not process leather from the hides of CITES-protected animal species.
  • We do not copy copyright-protected designs.
  • In line with our own understanding of data protection and discretion, we do not provide any information about the workshops we work with or even about their potentially prominent clientele.
  • All patterns, templates and similar items sent to us will be returned with the finished uppers.
  • Patterns made by us remain in our workshop and are added to the design archive of the respective customer. They are stored there for a period of ten years after the last order. This makes reordering quick and easy, even by email.
