„Small things make perfection, but perfection is no small thing.”

Henry Royce
Orthopaedic footwear must be functional, visually appealing and fit perfectly. Its design and choice of materials must meet the wishes and style of the patient. Depending on the severity of the orthopaedic impairment, this can be a challenge, but one that we are happy to take on.

Orthopaedics

Today, high demands are placed on orthopaedic footwear. Patients not only expect functional shoes that meet the necessary medical parameters, they also expect them to be aesthetically pleasing.

An upper must therefore not only be made to fit perfectly, but also correspond to the taste and style of the future wearer in terms of cut, design and material. We specialise in treating difficult cases and find functional solutions for these too, without neglecting the fashion aspect.

Optimal workmanship

A high degree of accuracy is achieved through our own system for manufacturing uppers, which combines the precision of traditional last copying with the Geometric system. We do not use digital modelling, as this technique has its limitations when it comes to lasts with little symmetry. As everything is made by hand and in small quantities, we are able to respond to individual customer requests. We do not use prefabricated elements, but also manufacture upholstery according to individual patterns, for example.

Materials

We stock a wide range of different leathers and other materials for orthopaedic footwear in our warehouse. From extra soft leathers for diabetic care to sturdy cowhide leather for work boots. Our leather range complimented by high-quality synthetic materials such as mesh, imitation leather for bathing shoes, felted materials for slippers and much more.
